Rush Fees
Rush Fees 10%-30% (depending on rush and size) Rush fees are typically added to paintings requested within 10 business days.
Increased Complexity
Houses that are more complex may include an additional surcharge. Increased complexity includes season changes, removal or addition of extra elements, complex architecture, etc.
Each painting is painted on archival fine art watercolor paper and comes packaged in a plastic protective covering and backing. If you are interested in mats or frames, let me know and I am happy to provide some options.
If you are looking for a more customized portrait, more sizes, custom photography, and consulting, please use the General Commission booking form and we can set up a time to chat about your needs. I paint all sizes and can even fly out to a property to sketch and take photos. The options are truly limitless.

I offer a number of easily frameable house portrait sizes so that you can create a custom gift that will last.
Booking
Using the booking form below, fill out your information and information about the house you would like to have painted. Once I receive your form, I will put together your order confirmation which you will receive via the email you provide.
Timing
Turn-around time for closing gifts is 1 week - 1 month depending on size and customization. (If you need by a certain date I am happy to accommodate for a rush fee).
Framing
Framing is available for all standard closing gift sizes.
